Alexandra Eldridge 11/13/2017 12:28 PMI learned how simple & easy it was to make a few changes that ultimately could add up to so much more. The reduction of screen time (and disconnecting from email when outside of work) not only helped my eyes I'm sure, but I noticed that my stress level seemed lower & I was able to actually spend some of that time reading (a real book, not an e-book!) and just being present. -
Alexandra Eldridge 10/24/2017 7:41 AMAt first, reducing my screen time felt difficult as I realized how glued to my phone I am! But, this competition has helped me disconnect from work email when not at work, use my transit ride in the mornings to look outside & enjoy the sunrise, and relax! -
Alexandra Eldridge 10/11/2017 8:23 AMI've made a little progress already, but am excited to see what I can accomplish through this! Looking forward to seeing what we can all do together - good luck everyone!
