Aidan Ebner 10/18/2017 6:34 PMI have been doing a daily exercise challenge. My goal is to do some form of exercise at least 45 minutes a day. I enjoy lifting weights, playing basketball, biking or just going for a walk. I have enjoyed it so far and hope to continue it on past the challenge.
