    Well, I completed most of my challenges. I didn't make it to my doctor to develop a plan for better health or do the annual physical--though does the Citi Health Assessment count? I got the rest of them knocked out though (pretty much because I generally do a lot of those things already anyway). It was a fun challenge!

      I certainly think it can count! Especially since the health assessment makes recommendations for further action for a healthier life!

    Taking a volunteer day off tomorrow to assist with a Habitat Build. It's always great to help build a home for a family that needs it!

    Doing well so far I believe. Volunteered over the weekend with the family, so I was able to knock out a few of the challenges from it. More volunteering to come this weekend!

    Some of the actions I already do, but will do more of during the challenge. None of the ones I selected seem impossible to me, and are just small steps toward living better. Start small to achieve big.
