    If you accidentally skip a day, you can go back and update it. On the dashboard, below all your challenges, there is a time line that says "Day X out of 15". You can click on a previous day and update the challenges.

    Went for a very contemplative walk in the rain, finished an Immanuel Kant book, and went to bed early. Well worth it. I shouldn't need an EcoChallenge to continue making these choices in the future.
