    The Goshen Market on the Quad was enchanting! I was so thrilled to hear students asking farmers questions while chomping on crunchy apples!

    In my quest of healthy recipes, I exploded a spaghetti squash in the microwave this evening. I punctured it before cooking, I swear! The door even blew open! Squash #2 was still edible though.

    Yesterday we hiked at Powder Valley Nature Center; hoping to take a walk this afternoon! Nora's been eating sungold tomatoes from the farmer's market like candy all day, so that felt like a bit of a victory.
