    Happy to have completed the challenge! The daily actions really brought a new sense of  consciousness in daily living so doing these "ecoactions" becomes second nature! 😊

    Spent my weekend close to nature with planting nursery saplings and trekking along nature reserve trails! Hopeful the saplings we planted grow into tall and majestic Yakal trees, one of the best Philippine hardwood species!

    Health Challenge done! My yoga practice ensures I get at least 60minutes of self-care daily. Feels wonderful to get the body moving!

    Pretty amazing that just be turning off the sink while brushing my teeth saves up to 8 gallons of water daily!
