    Lot's of veggies today.  It is nice to have a reminder to eat salads rather than cheese sandwiches for lunch.

    I'm better at doing the things that I pledged than I am in recording them.  I forget to log in and then can't remember what I actually did.  One really needs to keep a daily log.  Only a few more days to go to do this properly!

    I am happy to be home now where I have more control over what I eat and how I spend my time.  Enjoying walking in this beautiful Oregon weather.  One of the many things to be grateful for.

    Still in the Phoenix area, so I am still limited in choices of food and activities.  Having no trouble with being grateful, however.

    I am helping a family member recover from surgery, and I am spending my days in her rehab facility in Phoenix.  I have little control over my food, so meeting these challenges will be much easier when I am home next week.  However, I can certainly find three things to be grateful for.  That's easy!
