Did some work in the garden yesterday, looking forward to watching the natives that I planted this summer come back to life in the spring!

I'm planting a native hazel nut tree in the back yard today. It's been in a pot this year, looking forward to watching it grow and seeing the squirrels and birds enjoy this tree as it begins producing.

I volunteered Saturday cleaning up our local park (Bella Vista Park) with a group of great neighbors in Gresham. Then I went to the Gresham Farmer's market and bought some locally grown, organic produce. What a beautiful fall weekend!
