    Leonard,
Thanks for posting and keep up the great work!
I too am grateful for our metroparks  and farmers markets.
We went to the clintonville farmers market. Mike bought lots of local apples and we canned applesauce over the weekend. Also canned more tomatoes from our garden because this warm weather has kept our plants producing.
I haven’t been able to get our kayaks out in the water for a couple of weeks but we are hoping to maybe go next Sunday. I do take daily walks in our beautiful clintonville ravines with the dog though and have been enjoying watching the butterflies and birds continue to enjoy our flowers.

    Leonard,
I believe there were some mindfulness challenges. Check in the health section.
