    Also, if there is no recycling bin, and only a trash can, please just hold onto your bottle or container or whatever and just take it to a recycling bin. I know we all get in a rush but it's not that hard and it's a waste to throw it away.

    The willard building is HORRIBLE at recycling. the trash cans are overflowing with plastic bottles, newspapers, and other recyclable items. meanwhile the actual recycling bins are empty. I don't understand??? They are right next to each other??? Please don't be lazy people!!!

    I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies for this challenge but really I just keep eating leftover pokey sticks and hating myself. It's a process ya know we'll get there one day.

    It is very hard to maintain a need vs. wants mindset when shopping. Everything that I buy is something that I want. Do I really NEED nittany lion ears? Do I NEED a halloween costume? It's very difficult to determine.

    Today at redifer they accidentally gave me a styrofoam to go container. I was upset at first but it was too late to do anything. I wish styrofoam didn't exist. I think it's like the devil.

    Today was tough because I really wanted to buy things I didn't need but I stayed strong because of this challenge.
