    During challnge I cut down on water use about 15%, energy use about 10%, waste about 20%, processed foods about 10%, and appreciated nature 100%!

    It’s gotten easier to make eco-friendly choices as the days have gone by; it becomes habit after a relatively short time of repetition.  Feels great!

    I took my metal water bottle everywhere today— never use plastic...devastates the environment, plus when it heats up in the sun (like in your car) it releases toxins into the water you’re drinking.  Bad news.

    I admit I didn’t cook the meal myself, but it was all natural, non-processed-yay!
