Bryan Brumley 10/25/2017 1:49 PMStarted studying Tai Chi this week, in an effort to boost physical activity and learn a new form of meditation. I've just gotten over a pinched nerve in my neck, which limited my exercise for nearly two months. I feel so much better getting back to my regular routine! -
Bryan Brumley 10/25/2017 1:47 PMDisappointed to learn that we can no linger recycle clam shell containers, because China stopped buying them. There must be better solution than shipping them to Asia! Now buying loose lettuce, but stumped on berries, which I love all year around , even though I know they are not local all the time. -
Bryan Brumley 10/25/2017 1:45 PMWe went to Ridgefield National Wildlife refuge over the weekend, and despite the rain, saw bald eagles, sandhill cranes, great blue herons, lots of northern harriers, four deer and several flocks of Canada geese. Not outstanding compared to previous visits, but delightful nonetheless.
