    Can't believe it is the last day of the challenge already! I've loved having the accountability, but its also nice to know that it can be this easy to bring some small daily changes into my daily routine!

    Had my wellness exam today, so check that off the list. Got to my appointment 45 minutes early, but it was a gorgeous day, so I found a bench outside and was able to read in the sunshine.

    made a meal plan & grocery list for the week so I can reduce food waste and make fewer trips to the grocery store.

    Went to the grocery store last night after work, but forgot my re-usable bags! I was determined not use a bag, so I ended up filling my pockets with boxes of bone broth, and filling my arms with everything else, but I managed to get out of there without taking any additional bags.

      I'm so proud of you! I am guilty of forgetting my reusable bags and sadly had to make use of plastic ones. I'm trying my best not to slip up.

    Feeling a little under the weather,  but I brought my travel mug and large water bottle to work today so I can stay hyrdrated and drink lots of tea!

    Took advantage of this gorgeous day and put my Summer garden to bed. I harvested all the green tomatoes before pulling out the plants, and ended up with 7 jars of pickled green tomatoes this evening! Next up Tomatillos. Feels great to be able to use everything out of the garden, and put less in the compost pile!
