    The challenges I have picked are going pretty well so far.  For me, it is harder to use reusable bottles and cups when you are out and about and get coffee on the go because they give you one of their cups at the coffee shop.  But if I am doing more on my own it is much easier to pick a favorite water bottle or cup and just keep reusing it over and over.  It is also so easy to make sure you are preserving water and not running it when you don't need to be.  I think going forward I will be able to help the environment more because I will be more aware of the little things I can do to help.
