    Took TriMet for my commute today since I didn't have to travel for meetings--eliminating one more single occupant car on the road today. My goal is to do this at least once a week or 4-5 times a month.

    Starting with food challenge is a good way to kick off the eco challenge. This is a lifestyle change I have been working toward.
