    I reached my sleep goal for last night, but unfortunately had an artificially sweetened coffee this morning. Better luck on refined sugar tomorrow! Also, showering every other dy really helps manage my water consumption; showering for 5 minutes is super easy if you just turn off the water while you are lathering up your hair with shampoo and body with soap, and only turn it back on to rinse off.
