    Since my recent vacation to the Midwest (not so good in the dietary department) I have been limiting my lunches to nuts, fruits, veggies and water. Out with the bad, in with the better!

    I came back from a vacation to the Midwest, so used the unpacking process to launch into making the wardrobe change from warm weather clothes to cold weather clothes. I culled a bunch of still useable clothing and made a drop to Goodwill!

    I currently enjoy a healthy lifestyle, but know that I lack cardio exercise. I need a kick start on this goal.
