ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/25/2017 5:41 PMThis was so much fun and at times difficult too! But I think I have managed to pick up a few things that I intend to continue even after this challenge :-) -
ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/13/2017 7:05 AMI took my 5-min shower in 4 minutes and didn't know what to do with the last one minute.... So, I stepped out. Hahaha! :-D-

ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/11/2017 6:39 PMI am not only listing down the three things I am grateful for.... but also writing a small paragraph about each so that I can come back to it and read it in future :-) Good night folks! Do share your personal triumphs too! -
ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/11/2017 4:38 AMGood morning folks! And good luck!
For the people who've chosen to eat whole foods for this challenge, what do you think of tofu, oven toasted oats, whole wheat flour, whole wheat pasta and bread? I guess I could technically consider them processed, but this one's a tough-y... thoughts? -

ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/08/2017 8:29 AMHave already begun preparing by reducing shopping, avoiding buying anything with refined sugar and buying more whole grains. I'd love to enjoy the sunrise/sunset everyday but let's hope the weather cooperates. The toughest challenge for me? Reducing my screen time! Any advice on that folks?-
ANAHITA BHARADWAJ 10/09/2017 7:57 AMOuu I like the basket at the door thing for my phone and screen off before bed! I'll definitely try those. My main issue is my phone (for email) and NetFlix (Coz... yeah).
For those out there with similar goals, there's a cool add-in on Chrome called StayFocusd that lets you block websites (like Facebook, Twitter, NetFlix etc) for certain times of the day or all day to increase your productivity. I highly recommend it!

Michele Barbin 10/09/2017 7:42 AMSuggestions: (1) Turn off the TV, even as background noise -- could even cancel the cable/satellite subscription. (2) Take a walk to a park or in the woods (leave the phone at home when you do). (3) Develop a habit to drop your cellphone in a basket by the door with your car keys and don't pick it up until you leave the house. (4) Turn off all screens two hours before bed (I read somewhere this can help improve sleep cycles too). (5) Turn all TVs, laptops/PCs and phones *off* and meditate. Forget the FOMO -- voice and email will be there when you get back -- it's good to tune out!
