Jennifer Belknap Williamson 10/24/2017 8:53 AMI am looking forward to advocating for the Port to expand Paid Family Leave Coverage as a way to attract and retain our employees and support their wellbeing. The City of Portland offers 6 weeks of paid leave after the birth/adoption of a child - I think it would be wonderful for the Port to match that! Too many new parents are forced back to work too early because they can't afford to take time off, and it's not healthy for them or their children. Our employees are long-term investments, and Paid Family Leave is an important way we can show we believe that. -
