Needs vs. Wants
I will adopt a "Needs Vs. Wants" approach and only buy things I need.
Nature
Do Nature Activities
I will engage in nature-based activities alone, or with my family, for 20 minute(s) each day. (This can be anything from going on a walk or hike, to noticing the leaves changing color, to reading a book with nature themes.)
Community
Volunteer in my Community
I will volunteer 6 hour(s) in my community.

Health
Exercise Daily
I will exercise daily for 20 minute(s) per day for two weeks.
Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.

Charlotte Becker 10/25/2017 11:52 PMThe dashboard sees to be subtracting points. Whoa! I really have been trying to meet my goals! -
Charlotte Becker 10/25/2017 11:48 PMBy writing down what I am grateful for, it helps keep my thoughts on what I have, rather than what is lacking in our country right now.-
Sherry Hall 10/26/2017 9:39 AMYes, true for me too. Helping me find a balance.

Charlotte Becker 10/22/2017 7:10 PMWet weather and back pain are keeping me indoors more than I would like. Having trouble meeting my exercise goals. Fortunately, my backyard is a habitat and all I have to do is look out the back door to see the birds enjoying a bath. -
Charlotte Becker 10/02/2017 3:45 PMSince last year's challenge, my dental hygienist recommended I buy a rechargeable electric toothbrush. When I did, I not only did a better job of mouth hygiene, my tendency has been to use much less water...and because only the head of the brush is disposable, I create less waste. And I bought the brush on sale. Why didn't I do this sooner?-
Sherry Hall 10/05/2017 8:34 AMYou have 11 challenges! Taking care of your community, yourself, and reducing energy. Good for you.
