The dashboard sees to be subtracting points. Whoa! I really have been trying to meet my goals!

By writing down what I am grateful for, it helps keep my thoughts on what I have, rather than what is lacking in our country right now.

Wet weather and back pain are keeping me indoors more than I would like. Having trouble meeting my exercise goals. Fortunately, my backyard is a habitat and all I have to do is look out the back door to see the birds enjoying a bath.

Since last year's challenge, my dental hygienist recommended I buy a rechargeable  electric toothbrush. When I did, I not only did a better job of mouth hygiene, my tendency has been to use much less water...and because only the head of the brush is disposable, I create less waste. And I bought the brush on sale.  Why didn't I do this sooner?
