    These weeks went by so fast!  I hope everyone continues to challenge themselves and creating a positive impact.

    Spending time outside can be more challenging as the weather gets cold and the days shorten, but I enjoy watching the seasons change.

    Spent the evening decluttering and upcycling a few items in the process.  I love when I can find new uses for old items.

    I am so much happier when I am eating a meat and dairy free diet. I wish everyone would try to eat only whole fruits and veggies for at least one day a week.

    I am avoiding refined sugar and being that I have a vegan diet, I already eat well over 4+ cups of fruits and veggies per day.
