luiz claudio barini 10/13/2017 7:10 AMAfter sleeping at least 08 hours per day I felt myself much better and energized to start another day!! I recommend also find a routine/cadence to sleep every day at same time, and dont forget to turn off all electronics appliances such as TV, radio, etc... and concentrate only in to have a nice sleep.
