    I run 10Km in 53 min. New personal record!!! Moving faster and faster!!

    Today I run 7,5KM in 44 minutes in this morning at Vila Lobos park in Sao Paulo. Wonderfull!!!

    After sleeping at least 08 hours per day I felt myself much better and energized to start another day!! I recommend also find a routine/cadence to sleep every day at same time, and dont forget to turn off all electronics appliances such as TV, radio, etc... and concentrate only in to have a nice sleep.
