Emily Bahr 10/23/2017 11:09 AMI chose to do two different challenges. One is under the simplicity category called eat mindfully. This challenge asks you to not use any distractions, such as your phone, computer, television, while you eat. I picked this one because I know I often do this without even noticing. Overall, it has went pretty well. The second challenge I chose was in the waste category called buy food and water only. This one is a little harder for me as I'm sort of an impulse buyer. I only broke this a couple of times, one time being for gas to get to my job off campus.
