    Before I take the ENV 201 class, I wasn't really paying attention to my food. I was eating anything without paying attention to what might this do to the environment. I took the class and I watched and I learned about a lot of things I wasn't aware of regarding the food I'm eating and the meat I'm eating. So, I finally decided that I would spend a day weekly not eating meat at all and only greens as well as I added more greens in my plate to lower the meat I'm eating. It was challenging to me the first couple of days, but I'm now used to it and I try to convince myself to adapt it because this is what I am going to be doing hopefully for the rest of my life.
