My commute into London comprises cycling to our local train station, then picking up another bike at the terminus and cycling to the Salesforce Tower. In total it's only about 3.5 miles of cycling but it means I don't take the underground and I avoid the car. This week I'm planning to do that a couple of times.
We also have an office in Staines which is about 11 miles from home: I will cycle there and back on Monday.
