I have to say the challenge was not as hard as I thought it would be I did have a little trouble adjusting to not watching TV or talking on the Phone while eating and when I started to do it I caught myself it really is a bad habit.  I guess I have the same thing as a bad smoker would have. The challenge I liked the most was the Nature Walk I rarely walk outside unless I'm on vacation.I go and get on the treadmill at the gym lol it was different. I was honest the whole time If I didn't do something that day I didn't click it. I don't know how long your systems website will be up and running but I would like to use this as a guide line for further education and practice.  njoyed being apart of the Ecochallenge.

I stop cooking with my gas range about three months ago. And I started using this little mini electric cooker it's verry convenient for me. I'm single so I don't really need  to cook with the range unless I have company
I don't know if this saves me on electricity but it saves me on gas.

I know for a fact that I've been living in Vegas for almost 10yrs and the summer of 2017 was the worst summer I've ever experience here it was running 105-117 degrees here for about three months straight in past years it's gotten close to that temperature  but never lasted so long.
