    My family has been enjoying meatless meals daily. Today: A crockpot full of sweet potatoes!!

    Had a great weekend of playing outside, no electronics. Made my own laundry soap, did some canning, and cooked two vegetarian meals. 2 days with zero processed food. Counting it a win!!!

    My challenge is going great! Kids are helping the family plan meatless meals. Ordered my shower timer and low flow shower head yesterday from  Tiffer, Nickolas  Nickolas.Tiffer@portlandoregon.gov at the Portland Water Bureau. Will be a weekend of outdoor activities...rain or shine. No electronics for us!! Happy Weekend all!

    I'm working on getting in the 20 minute of exercise in....Why is it dark so early!!!!
    I have been canning the rest of my garden and veggies a friend gave me:-) Organic and delicious! My kids have helped along the way:-)
