    Overall my challenge has been going really well! I bought some veggies from the farmers market and that was super cool, but not eating meat with my meals has been kind of difficult! I usually make myself a sandwich or cook up some meat and vegetables, so eating just cooked veggies for a few meals was different. I am really liking the challenge this gives me and I am excited to keep working at it and to see what impact I can make!
