I gave up plastic straws and got myself a stainless steel straw.

Let me now how you like it.  Years ago I got myself a glass straw.   I loved it but due to its strength, I once almost broke my front tooth by not aiming correctly.   I switched to using paper straws and only use them for acidic beverages.

Making it a priority to get more sleep has made a huge difference in my days.  I feel more energetic and relaxed.

I can already tell a huge difference since I've cut out refined sugar.  Mostly I notice I'm not getting that afternoon crash!

It's hard keeping showers 5 min or under, but it's doable.  I think I'll get used to it.
