    Last day of 2017 EcoChallenge. Finishing it off by planting a mini herb garden and looking up recipes with basil!

    Went to Joe's Place farm (in the Heart of East Vancouver, WA) for a farm-fresh cooking pumpkin and 10 lbs of apple varieties you can't get in stores.
