It's insane how much time we waste on social media. Remind me again what did we do before Social Media was such huge part of our daily lives? -

Ever since we started this EcoChallege I've made it a point to get my kids and myself to bed earlier. We all get a good nights sleep and wake up in a much better mood especially my kids. Parents out there can relate. -
Lisett Moreno 10/19/2017 2:07 PMOn this day my husband and I decided to have a movie date. And instead of driving to the movies I decided to walk to our local theatre. I laced up my tennis shoes and put on my Pandora on my beats and just walked and it was such a peaceful walk. I didn't notice the time it took me about 35 minutes. -

Lisett Moreno 10/16/2017 9:14 AMThis morning I did double workout knowing that I wouldn't be able to go after work I decided last night to get an early shut eye and had no trouble waking up this morning. Got in my cardio and weight training. Feeling great so far let's see how I'm doing in the afternoon!! Haha
