Create Your Own Action
Food! Fresh Air!
I organized a group from my office to hit the local farmers market over lunch. We walked from the office. Everyone had to leave the office and go outside. We walked to the market and strolled through the food stands, talked to vendors, bought fruit, veggies, flowers, and then got good lunches from the food purveyors there, which we ate while continuing to stroll and not while sitting in front of computers. Sun, fresh air, good local food and a little bit of exercise was enjoyed by all.
