Hermine Levey Weston 10/20/2017 11:57 AMHello #HCWH ecochallenge team. I'm not seeing a whole lot of action from the team this week. Remember that you can add your actions to the challenge and back date. For instance, if you ate a meal outside yesterday and prepared it with local ingredients with zero waste, you can go to your dashboard and use the arrow to go to the previous date and take credit for three..count them...three challenges. -

We live close enough to walk to town for everything. And there is a river walk a few blocks away. Wish me luck! -

I made a soup with veggie broth that I made using vegetable trimmings that I store in my freezer until I'm ready to make some broth. I composted those trimmings. I used local squash, garden garlic and local onions. It's some kind of delicious! Zero waste, local food, outside feast. -
