    I emailed  my dog walker to thank her for being dependable, and I donated some really nice home goods to a woman who purchased my bed.

    I told my husband that we need to eat dinner without our beloved phones, and we actually had a real, somewhat stress-free conversation!

    Being forced to move by an overzealous co-op board has forced me to pack everything and I have decided to only move what brings me joy.  I've been able to donate dozens of beautiful items that I'm sure will help others, from a brand-new ice cream machine to books, filing cabinets, and clean, unused towels!

    I wrote down the first three things that came to mind that I'm grateful for: Chris, my health, and my job!  Tomba, of course, is an easy answer, too :)

    I haven't logged on often for this challenge, but I have tried to be mindful of how my attitude affects others, and have tried to be more complimentary and selfless.  And here are cute Tomba pictures.

    I emailed an old friend who I've thought of often but haven't spoken to in a long time. Hopefully I will hear from her! And here's a picture of Tomba because he's so darn cute.

    I complimented three people (and their dogs) this morning during Tomba and my walk to a new park. We had a great time together and I know he helped lift other people's spirits with his wagging tail and happy face!

    I've really struggled with the "happiness" challenge this year and am committing to send an email with compliments to people every day, or offer compliments in person to help others who might be struggling, too. Here's a picture of a little pup who seems to bring happiness to everyone he meets.
