    I've been paying attention to some of my other challenges like only flushing when necessary and getting more exercise. I've been walking to get groceries which gives me the exercise and saves gas from my impact as well.

    This past week I carpooled everyday with a co-worker of mine because their car was out of commission. I really enjoy carpooling! It's nice to have someone to talk to and mentally prepare for work on our way and decompress on the way home. We are also minimizing our carbon impact.

    Today I made black beans from bulk beans instead of cans. I have been taking shorter showers and continuing to realize how much meat is unnecessary sometimes.

    This week has been great! I have been riding the bus to school and having meatless meals everyday usually. I've been really focusing on my food waste during cooking and using all my food scraps to make broth.

    I'm excited for these challenges! Today I ate two meatless meals, remembered my water bottle, took a shower under 5 minutes, and limited my driving.
