Rachel's actions
Food
Whole Foods Diet
I will enjoy 2 meal(s) per day free of processed foods.
Simplicity
Eat Mindfully
I will eat all of my meals without distractions, e.g., phone, computer, TV, or newspaper.
Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day for two weeks that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Food
Smart Seafood Choices
I will visit seafoodwatch.org or download the app and commit to making better seafood choices for a healthier ocean.
Nature
Do Nature Activities
I will engage in nature-based activities alone, or with my family, for 15 minute(s) each day. (This can be anything from going on a walk or hike, to noticing the leaves changing color, to reading a book with nature themes.)
Water
5-Minute Showers
I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
Food
Eat Meatless Meals
I will enjoy 1 meatless meal(s) per day.

Rachel Jones 10/25/2017 5:44 PMWhat a great experience! I plan to be more mindful of the areas I logged and to keep working on eating without distractions. Take care everyone, see you next time! -
Rachel Jones 10/19/2017 6:25 PMWhy does ot feel like wasting time to eat without distractions? Is it because I am a list maker and checking things off my list makes me feel productive while sitting doing nothing but eating makes me feel like I’m wasting time? Any one else struggling with this? 😐-
David Jones 10/25/2017 5:09 PMYes, unfortunately I have trouble with this too... busy, busy most of the time trying to multitask. 🤔
