    What a great experience! I plan to be more mindful of the areas I logged and to keep working on eating without distractions. Take care everyone, see you next time!

    Why does ot feel like wasting time to eat without distractions? Is it because I am a list maker and checking things off my list makes me feel productive while sitting doing nothing but eating makes me feel like I’m wasting time? Any one else struggling with this? 😐

      Yes, unfortunately I have trouble with this too... busy, busy most of the time trying to multitask. 🤔

    Eating without distractions is so hard! The urge to double (or triple) task won out today, but there’s always tomorrow! :-)
