Meghan Humphreys 10/20/2017 9:29 AMI've learned that disposable cups and plates are just considered part of daily life in most workplaces. I attended a lot of events for work where snacks or lunches were provided for employees, and no real plates were available to use. The only exception was at the GoGreen Conference in Portland, where Go Box was how all lunches were served (but even then, there was a disposable container of salad dressing that had to be pitched.) Our consumer economy just makes it difficult to eat -- unless you come prepared every day with your own water bottle, coffee cup, silverware and plate. -
