    Organic Kale from my garden and an egg from a family farm 7 miles from my house.

    For breakfast this week I have been frying up really beautiful kale from my garden with an egg hatched about 7 miles from my home (photo tomorrow). Now if only I can kick the Starbucks Frappuccino habit......no promises on that front yet....
