Craig Hill 10/25/2017 4:18 PMFifteen days! I managed to average 13,400 steps a day during this challenge--and not a single day under 10,000 steps. Feels great and I'm sure I'll keep it up as much as possible and see how long I can keep the streak alive: Ecochallenge or no! -
Craig Hill 10/24/2017 1:16 PMAck, I missed a couple days to check in. Rats! But I did keep it up, walking 45 minutes or more every day in one stretch in addition to my normal activities. Onward! -
Craig Hill 10/21/2017 10:54 PMMan, I got soggy today on my walk. 48 minutes walking meant waterlogged shoes but glad I could stick with it despite the weather. -
Craig Hill 10/20/2017 11:18 PMToday, I was fortunate enough to volunteer out at Zenger Farm, where we spent 3 hours out pulling weeds and enjoying the fall weather. Lots of walking too! -
Craig Hill 10/19/2017 2:20 PMBoy, wet day for a walk. Got very soggy this morning. Warm shower felt nice afterword. If this atmospheric river keeps it up, tomorrow might be a brutal day for a half hour walk! -
Craig Hill 10/18/2017 9:25 AMLast night, I walked all the way across town for dinner--it wasn't raining and it was a cool evening, but it ended up taking 75 minutes to reach my destination. It was great to get a lovely fall view of the city and while I took a car ride home, it was still rewarding to walk almost four miles on a Tuesday! Urban hiking! -
Craig Hill 10/17/2017 12:07 PMTraveling to Seattle today made it tough to get my walk in--until I decided to walk from a train station further to the office! Exactly 30 minutes! -
Craig Hill 10/16/2017 8:43 AM30 minute walks aren't all that difficult--just have to be intentional with your timing and commitment. Intentional actions lead to intentional outcomes! -
Craig Hill 10/15/2017 10:07 AMNice morning walk with my coffee--all before 10am. Makes it easy when you knock out the challenge early! -
Craig Hill 10/14/2017 11:44 PMHad the opportunity to head to wine country today and spent a good deal of time walking the various vineyards on a beautiful fal day. Went for a great walk after dinner tonight too--complete day of nice activities mixed with friends & fun.
