Looked into the Spokane chapter of "Lands Council", we've donated to them in the past but I wasn't sure exactly what the work on , after some research I found that they have a wide variety of issues they tackle locally, The Spokane River, Forrests, climate change and education.  I have contacted them via their web page to find out how I can get more involved.

Watched Vegucated last night, it was good and parts were pretty funny.  It follows some New Yorkers who give up all animal products.  The agriculture and meat production is gross.
