Kylie Hanrahan 10/21/2017 8:30 AMI chose to participate by not eating meat for two meals a day. It is really an easy challenge because breakfast and lunch are both meals that are easy to choose other options for besides meat. I know by not choosing meat I am helping the environment because meat production uses a lot of water. I think I will continue to eat less meat after this challenge because many meals are just as enjoyable without meat.
