    I feel better about myself after eating a vegetarian meal.  Not that I plan on going full out veggie, but I do feel like I have a bit more energy when I don't eat so much meat.

    Eating vegetarian for at least one meal a day isn't so tough.  However it does help when you have someone else in your life who wants to do it with you.

    It is easy to take short showers when you are lacking in the hair department on the top of your head.
