    I had two challenges picked out, the first being to spent 30 minutes outdoors instead of on my computer, and to only use social media once a day. I have found both challenges to be rather difficult. I never realized how much I used social media. Mostly, I use the social media when standing in line, or waiting for class to begin, and over the day, the amount of time adds up quick. My other challenge was to spend 30 minutes outdoors. This is a fun challenge that I am enjoying. There is so much nature around me that I probably never would have noticed before. I definitely have found it difficult to find the time some days, but its worth the effort.
