Cris Oh 10/26/2017 11:44 AMI was more mindful of how long my showers ran, less dependent on my space heater and devices, and finally managed to achieve a reasonable work/life balance. I didn't exercise more and my meatless meals were basically just breakfast, but I consider this challenge a success. -
Cris Oh 10/19/2017 9:09 AMBiked to class for the first time in a while. I actually conquered this one hill that I always have (well, had) to walk, which felt awesome. Now to go stretch. -
Cris Oh 10/18/2017 10:00 PMMy best friend sent me a postcard coloring book, so today I replaced an hour of screen time with some good old shioned coloring. -
Cris Oh 10/17/2017 11:01 AMIt's not one of my challenges, but I've started to notice how many chocolate wrappers I throw away every day. Maybe I should buy it in . Or, I mean, I guess I could eat less chocolate. -
Cris Oh 10/16/2017 9:07 PMIt's so much easier and simpler to put together a meatless breakfast. I might just stick with this. -
Cris Oh 10/11/2017 4:47 PMOne fun bonus of doing the "Use a Reusable Mug" challenge is feeling REALLY fancy at coffee shops.-
Erika Perez 10/11/2017 7:28 PMWOOO! Go, Cris!
