    I always notice a positive difference when I avoid added sugars in my daily life. It's something I struggle with to maintain, even though i always know that I feel better. Sugar is so addictive!!!

    I've been biking way more miles than I agreed to do...I knew if I set a low goal, it would be easier to keep ;) Anyone else bike riding as a challenge??

    Off to a good start! I biked double what I challenged myself to do yesterday :) I also had a great day making homemade sauerkraut with my best friend...took home the cabbage scraps to compost too! Hope everyone is having a positive feel-good day.
