    I lost 8.4 pounds in my first week! I cut out artificial sugars and started making better decisions when I eat.

    I've lost 6.4 pounds this week! I'm expecting to plateau soon and only lose about 2 pounds a week after that, but I'm loving this jump start. 35.6 pounds to go!
