Coral Avery 10/25/2017 10:29 PMAfter my second year in a row doing the ecochallenge and picking up a lot of sustainable habits in the time between, this year was a bit more difficult since I marked most "challenges" as "I already do this", but the new ones I tried or the habits that I started tracking were very rewarding. Looking forward to see just how difficult next year's challenge becomes! -
Coral Avery 10/25/2017 10:26 PMFinished my last day by going to the Corvallis farmers market, trying a vegan meal at a new restaurant, and spending some time with my plants and pets :) -
Coral Avery 10/25/2017 10:24 PMStuck with at least 3 challenges the whole two weeks, but forced myself to push for more! It helped me visualize the positive impact my actions had for my wellbeing and for the environment even though they weren't as consistent. -
Coral Avery 10/23/2017 1:11 PMHad a great time playing in the rain on the coast Saturday. It was a nice escape before midterms. -
Coral Avery 10/23/2017 1:11 PMLove walking around Corvallis and enjoying the beautiful fall colors! -
Coral Avery 10/19/2017 2:50 PMI learned yesterday it is very difficult to be vegan at a potluck, but it was worth it! -
Coral Avery 10/17/2017 1:57 PMI watch a lot of documentaries, but am looking for more (whether they be food related or otherwise environmental).

Coral Avery 10/17/2017 1:43 PMAnyone have a favorite eggplant recipe?
