Over the weekend I was at the beach so was unable to declutter much. I did get to go to the Newport Aquarium and walked around there for a few hours on Saturday enjoying the jellyfish the most. I also took a walk on the beach each day and on Sunday I went to a few antique shops and got to walk around quite a bit looking at everything.

Today I spent time away from the screen while I decluttered the kitchen and living room. I recycled a lot of cardboard and paper. I also recycled a lot of half drank water bottles which was alarming to me- it's time for the whole family to switch to reusable drinking containers.

I decided to spend my time away from a screen cleaning the kitchen. Before I knew it, I had cooked dinner and 90 minutes had passed. Talk about killing two birds with one stone.

Today I spent the majority of my day studying for my first midterm if the year. I didn't have much time to declutter, but I was able to spend my time away from the screen while rereading chapters to help me study for my midterm. I had to stop taking daily walks due to an old injury that seems to have resurfaced. This has been difficult for me because I generally like to be up and moving around all of the time but my foot needs its rest. I hope that it heals quickly and I can commence my daily walks.
